get a copy of this schedule in Word format click here JULY 30, WEDNESDAY 6:30 PM - Hauling Night (booth panels, stage, cages, tables, etc.) (People with trucks are needed to help with this night - or those available during the day can contact Fair Chairpersons to arrange times to help) JULY 31, THURSDAY 6:30 PM - Tent set up (animal tents/4-H Presentation Tent) Club Booth partition Set Up AUGUST 1, FRIDAY 6:30 PM - Tent and General Fair Set Up (Snow fences, etc.) (Club booths can be set up as soon as partitions are set up) AUGUST 2, SATURDAY 9:00 AM? - Small Animal, Livestock and Club Booth tent set up (Times may vary based on individual club needs) 10:00 AM - Horse Area Set Up - set up snow fence, etc. AUGUST 3, SUNDAY 9:00 AM - Livestock Check In 10:00 AM - Exhibit Check In (Foods, Crafts, Posters, etc.) 10:00 AM - Small Animal Registration and Health Check 1:00 PM - Small Animal Judging (Small Animal Tent) 1:15 PM - Judging of food and garden produce exhibits (All other non-animal exhibits are judged prior to the Fair.)
